Production of medium-heavy welded steel-constructions from 1 – to 30 tons / pc own-weight
The production of the welded constructions we makes in more workshops ( 2100 m2, 1200 m2, 600 m2 and 400 m2). In the workshops we moves the materials and the products with bridge cranes, with lifting-capacity 6 -12,5 t. The biggest weight, what we can lift up is 30 tons.
The flame-cutting works we’re doing with PB-gas and with Acetylen-gas, max. up to 160 mm plate thicknes and up to 20 mm plate thicknes by plasma-cutting. The used by us welding processes are 135 (with electrode), MAG (shilded arc welding with wire) and 121 (UP with wire). Our welders are qualified according to MSZ EN ISO 9606-1 and to EN ISO 14732. The leading and the controll of the welding processes makes our 2 welding engineers. The controll of the welded connections we makes with UT2, PT2, MT2 and VT2 processes by our qualified controllers.
For the surface treatment we’ve a workshop (700 m2) equiped with shotblasting-machine and with sandblasting-cabin. Further we’ve in our flame-cutting workshop a second shotblasting-machin with tunel-system. The painting works we makes in 2 workshops ( 400 m2 and 350 m2 ).
For the machining works we’ve a separate workshop (600 m2). Besides the parts needed to the production of our steel-constructions, we makes here also flanges, gearboxes, trestles, bearing-boxes, shafts (etc.).
In 1999 we’ve builded up our quality-assurance system according to the norm ISO 9002 and it was maintained continously and also updated. Today we controlls our processes according to the quality-assurance system ISO 9001.
Since 2012 we’ve got a production-controll system (FPC) certified according to the norm EN 1090-1 and with technical specifications of bearing-steelconstructions according to the norm EN 1090-2, class EXC3. It’s allows us to provide our steelconstructions with CE marking.
Further since 2012 we’ve got the certification according to the norm ISO 3834-2, which is completly covers all the requirements of the quality-assurance of the metals’ fusion welding. This norm has followed our „Große Eignungsnachweiß” according to the norm DIN 18800-7 Klasse E, what we’ve got since 1992 and what we’ve updated continously.
